About Us

IDPoint, Ltd. is a privately held Washington corporation organized in September of 2000, by bringing together the management, technology, and assets of RXInnovations, IDPoint Software, Madden Enterprises Northwest, Ltd. and Yelm.com, Inc.

The IDPoint Software Concept was realized in early 1998 and the first system was installed in July of that year. The early installations were basic - a simple case tracking system to fulfill the need to assign sequential case numbers and monitor case status and assigned agents.

As our users requested improvements and new features the software grew and diverged into two products: IDPoint GRS and IDPoint LEN for the gaming regulatory and law enforcement communities. Both versions have capabilities no one would have thought possible when we started our odyssey.

In 2003 IDPoint, Ltd was tasked to provide a version of IDPoint specifically for the Nuclear and Corporate Energy markets to meet the ever changing NRC and Homeland Security regulations. These new versions were implemented in early 2004- IDPoint NSS and IDPoint CSN were born.

In 2005 IDPoint EYE was created using our existing technology in an effort to bring much needed information to existing and future customers.

The IDPoint solutions are the only fully integrated Asset and Security Management packages on the market today.
